Create a user name (email address) and password.

Then click on the league your applying for (Riot or XPSL) and how u want to pay. (Through Pay Pal or Authorize.NET.)

Select your classification. (Rookie, Intermediate, or Novice). Click on the declaration box. Then click on proceed to pay

After that it depends if you choose Pay Pal or Authorize.NET, it will take you through a step by step payment process.
